Our Multi-Step Fabrication Process includes:
1. Digital Templating & Slab Layout
Using the measurements from your home, we create an accurate digital template of your countertops. Before cutting begins, we carefully position the template on your selected slab to determine the best placement of the stone's natural veining, color variations and movement. This ensures the finished product showcases the beauty that made you choose that slab.
2. Precision Cutting
Your stone is then precisely cut to match the exact dimensions of your project. Openings for sinks, cooktops, faucets and other fixtures are carefully cut to provide a clean, accurate fit during installation.
3. Edge Detailing & Finishing
Next, we shape your selected edge profile, whether you choose an eased edge, bullnose, ogee, beveled edge or another custom finish. The edges are then polished to match the surface of your countertop, creating a smooth, beautiful finish.
4. Reinforcement & Quality Inspection
Where additional strength is needed—such as around sink openings—we reinforce the stone to provide added durability. If your project requires seams, they are carefully planned and fabricated for the best possible appearance. Before your countertops leave our shop, every piece is thoroughly cleaned, inspected and prepared for installation.
